Exciting news! In August we will be hosting the first ever annual Caveman Games! Due to the success of the Cavman Club we’ll be hosting a competition for CrossFit Bold and In2 CrossFit Clapham members only. There’s a couple of things to finalise but expect more information in the next few days. Watch this space! #ungabunga
WOD
A) 1RM Front Squat in 10 minutes.
B) 4 rounds. 3 on 1 off.
AMRAP of:
10 Back Squats 60/40kg,
10 Kettle Bell Swings.
15 Press Ups (Burpee penalty for the group if not done properly).
